Made from a unique closed cell foam your Cashel cushion will not collapse or absorb moisture and bacteria like open cell foams. It will not retain heat or add weight. The cushions conform to your horse's back and helps to relieve pressure points. Place Cashel pad on a cloth saddle pad and place your saddle right on top. Clean with water. Store flat. Do not place objects on top of your pad when storing. This 29" wide and 24" long Cashel cushion is the perfect shock absorber for as yet un-developed backs on green horses. Also used under not-so-well fitting school saddles or for beginner riders, who are still un-balanced in their seat and bump into their horse's back.
