We ship by Canada Post, Purolator or through a courier company through your own account.
By default we will send your item the most economical way without compromising delivery time. You also have the option to be contacted with shipping charges before your item is sent off. Rush delivery is available although the cost for rush delivery might be 2 to 4 times the regular shipping charge. All shipping costs contain handling charges to cover packaging and handling from our location to either Canada Post or a courier outlet.
Some orders because of item size and weight or if you order requires multiple boxes might exceed the shipping costs displayed on your order. In this case we will contact you with shipping and/or price options.

Geoff helped me pick, and refitted, a saddle, which we both love.
Staff in the store discussed the fine details of many girths to me with great patience. None were perfect. One was close, but did not come in her size.
I wondered if it would make a difference - will the fussy mare appreciate all the trouble we have gone to??? It seems she has! She is not showing her usual girthiness, and is not nearly as sensetive in the girth area, after a number of rides with this girth. It was well worth the trouble.
So thanks again for all your work and patience!

Hi Eva, I picked up my Barbaro today and your staff was very kind when I noticed the back leg by the ankle had a chiping of paint, in attempting to find another one. Although unsuccessful, I am still very glad to have him.
