We will processs your order as quickly as possible. We will email/call you to confirm availability of all items ordered and the shipping charges if requested by you. Bahr Saddlery is pleased to offer our customers SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology when placing orders online. SSL is used to encrypt your information prior to being sent from your computer. By utilizing SSL your information will be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
Any items not in stock can be placed on backorder/special order and will be shipped to as soon as they arrive. Your credit card be charged for the backordered products when they are ready to be shipped.

We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the equipment has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 10 (+ applicable shipping times) days for a full refund, exchange or credit. Please mail the item back to us by regular Mail with tracking option. Please call before for an authorization. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept “freight collect” returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a sales invoice or copy of your invoice.
