Monogramming

Monogramming is a fun and elegant way to personalize your show shirts, saddle pads, coolers and other products.

Bahr Saddlery offers many different monogramming styles to choose from. Due to the many different options available, monogramming orders cannot be processed through our website at this time.

Custom Logos

Logos can be embroidered (or almost any. Some logos and similar images might have too many shades, colours or small details and make them un-suitable to be converted into embroidery files).

If you are interested in a quote please give us a call or provide us with a high resolution jpg file, true eps file, true ai  (Adobe Illustrator) file, Corel Draw or other image files like tif etc. Low resolution files off website are in general not enough quality to produce an embroidery file.

All files converted into embroidery files have to match the end size desired (+ - 20%). We recommend having custom files done as a package deal in several sizes to get a more economical pricing

Letter Embroidery

Names, initials and similar embroidery can be done without a custom file. Several type styles are available. Script, Roman, Block and fancy fonts can be used.

Minimal charge $ 5.00. Rush charge - if available - $ 10.00

Normal Lettering (Satin Stitch)

1/2" letters $ 0.50 ea
3/4" letters $ 0.70 ea
1" letters $ 1.00 ea
1 1/2" letters $ 1.50 ea
2" letters $ 2.00 ea
2 1/2" letters $ 2.50 ea
3" letters $ 3.00 ea
3 1/2" letters $ 3.50 ea

Pricing is based on the size of a capital "A" in any given alphabet.

Fill stitch - please double above prices.Design editing from stock designs from $ 20.00, from supplied disk from $ 10.00Proofs - stiching out of design on scratch fabric $ 20.00College Town font please double above prices. Outline maybe the same or a different colour.

Fill stitch please double above prices. This technique has to be used on loose weave sheets to solidify the embroidery on the loose weave fabric.

Tack down stitch please add $ 20.00 to the regular cost. This has to be done to secure embroidery 3" or larger.

When selecting a font over 1.5" please choose a thinner font i.e. Alaska, Brougham, European, Georgia, Helsinki, Letter Gothic, Maryland, Roman Narrow, Tallahassee, California, Colon, Connecticut, Kingston, Roanoak.

Metallic thread add 20%. Bulk items - i.e. heavy blankets or heavy quilts ad 20%.

Decorations

Collars 1/2" to 3/4" maximum. Minimum charge is $ 7.00 for plain lettering
Polos set of 2 $ 10.00 or 4 $ 17.00, 1/2 inch lettering (up to 10 letters)
2 Initials with decoration $ 7.50. 3 initials with decoration $ 8.50
On larger items pricing is calculated as follows:
largest letter size x number of letters x 2 (for decoration)
Example: "A" is 2". letter design would be $ 2.00 x 3 x 2 = $ 12.00
