From our family to yours, we would like to wish you Happy holidays, and a Healthy New Year. We would like to thank you for your support during these times, we genuinely appreciate your business.

With the news of the Ontario wide shutdown coming into effect on December 26th, we would like to remind you while our doors may be closed, we will continue to offer the following options:

- Shop online or by phone for cubside pick up
- Shop online or by phone for home/barn delivery

If you’re shopping for curbside pickup, please wait for an email notice that your order is ready for pick up – we find many of our emails land in the junk/spam folder. Give us a call when you arrive with your online order number, or mention it was a phone order.

Generally, orders that are placed before 3pm are ready for same day pick up, orders placed after 3pm, are available for next day pick up.

We will still be doing exchanges and returns at this time. We have extended our return policy to 60 days for your convenience.

Dear Valued Bahr Saddlery Customer

On Wednesday, May 27^th, we are happy to once again be welcoming customers into our store. We have missed all of you!

Bahr Saddlery has taken the time to implement safety measures for both you and our staff- to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Here are a couple of things you need to know:

• Please bring a mask with you- you will need to wear it while in the store. Our staff will be wearing them for everyone’s safety.

• Sanitize your hands- we have a hand sanitizer station just inside the door which everyone to required to use immediately upon coming in.

• Please be aware- stay a horse length (2 meters) away from other customers and staff.

• Please avoid any aisles which have customers already shopping in them.

• At times we may need to monitor the number of customers in the store- if we do ask you to wait- please know how much we appreciate your patience.

• As a courtesy to others- please shop with necessary people only.

Store hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sunday

The reopening of the store will not affect our curb side pick up option- it’s here to stay. To place your curb side pick up order - you may do so online at www.bahrsaddlery.com and select store pickup or give us a call at 905-878-8885. Remember to wait for an email confirmation before heading to the store.

As always, we are open 24/7 online and we will continue to offer our current free shipping promotion.

On May 14^th the Ontario Government officials announced some retailers can open for in-store shopping on Tuesday, May 19^th.

We are carefully implementing the appropriate safety measures for our customers and staff prior to opening our doors.  While preparing to open, we will continue to offer our online shopping experience and curbside pickup..

The health and safety of our staff and customers remains our top priority as we look to the days ahead. With this in mind- we remain here to help you by continuing to offer curb side pick up and online orders only. We will continue to offer free shipping on almost everything.

• Online and telephone purchases ship for free
• Online and telephone purchases may be picked up between 10am to 4pm

For curbside pickup, questions or product information please call us at 905-878-8885 or 1-866-667-2247 and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. With our stables closed- remember we can ship something your horse needs- directly to your barn.

If you are feeling ill, have recently travelled outside Canada or have been in close contact with someone who has travelled, please stay home and utilize our free shipping.
