The Back on Track Back Warmer Pad is lined with Welltex technology to stimulate blood circulation. In a study conducted by students at the University of Strömsholm, the use of the Therapeutic Horse Back Warmer showed a clear improvement in both the back’s ability to move and reduced tension in the horse. The back warmer is perfect for breaks in between classes or phases at a competition, as well as before and after training for relaxation and injury prevention. Also suitable for horses with back problems. The pad is equipped with rings at the front and rear for easy attachment. It also has hook and loop closures to add the back warmer as a liner. Available in two sizes. 100cm x 100cm and 100cm x 120cm. Not recommended for under saddle use

The Horseback Warmer covers the important muscles of the back, lumbar region and around the breast. It is excellent as a preventative measure against injury if you apply the back warmer before and during competition and exercise sessions.
Both the lining and exterior fabrics are made of ceramic infused polypropylene fabric, with a thin filling in between. The back warmer has a removable velcro strap along the whole length of the back in order to attach it to the horse's regular blanket. On the side of the back warmer is a band with loops so that one may fasten a strap around the neck and tail in order to keep the back warmer in place for example in between competition sessions. (The straps are not included).
