The Majyk Equipe Boyd Marin Open Front Tendon Boot is uniquely molded in two parts from German BASF TPU. The outer shell is careful engineered so that the main shell is soft enough to wrap comfortably around your horse’s leg, and flex with their movement, while the harder strike area is built to withstand shock at a much higher level than other boots. The boot is heat sealed to form an unbreakable bond and the addition of vents lined with micromesh filters allow for a generous amount of airflow keeping your horse’s legs cool. The interior of this boot contains added protection in the strike area. ARTi-LAGE is a proprietary dilatant material only found in Majyk Equipe boots. It is soft and pliable during normal conditions and exercise, but when impact strikes, the molecular structure changes and it becomes hard to form an instant protective barrier. The lightweight Bio Foam liner provides a third layer of protection. This foam is naturally breathable and does not contain any neoprene. There are large perforations which also help disperse heat by allowing air flow. They are anti-bacterial and anti-fungal for the sensitive horse. These stylish boots are finished with Gunmetal Brass Studs to give these boots an upscale look. They are ideal for the show ring.
