Hard Wood, complete with hardware. This is the best thing since sliced bread. It folds over and becomes one with your wall until you simply fold it out and it becomes a sturdy saddle rack. Great for small quarters or busy barns. The Screw eye is attached to the saddle rack. Remove the screw eye and twist into the wall. The hook on the top of the saddle rack is hooked into the screw eye for the up position or to lay flat against the wall.
