If you can't shop in store, we've put together some FAQ to help you navigate successfully:

Q: Can I get this sale in store?
A: Yes, this sale is avialble in store! Stop by and you'll get these great deals in store too!

Q: Can I order items that are out of stock?
A: Absolutely! Simply place your order online and we will order it in for you. Each product page has an estimated timeline on it. We are finding that items are taking a bit longer due to COVID supply chain slow downs. Your order will ship complete when all items arrive in store.

Q: Can I use my Gift Card/Store Credit?
A: YES! please email SKU numbers, colours/sizes, contact details, and full shipping address, to [email protected], please be sure to include a phone number we can reach you at between 9am and 6pm to process payment. Please DO NOT include Credit Card details in your email! If your gift card was won at a horse show, the single use unique code can be entered in the cart page at check out.

Q: Where will the discount show up?
A: The discount will appear on eligible product pages. Products that are price protected and have the following blurb either to the right or below the product may be excluded from the sale. " We're bringing you this product at the lowest price allowed by the manufacturer, so you won't find it cheaper anywhere else. This also means we cannot apply any further discounts or promotions". NO PROMO CODE NEEDED.

Q: When will my order ship/be ready for pick up?
A: You will receive an email with tracking information/pick up notice as soon as your package is ready to go out the door. Please allow a couple of extra days as we expect higher than normal volumes.

Q: What if my item doesn't fit?
A: We've got your back! All online orders are refundable! Simply bring it back into the store, or send it back within 30 days to receive a full refund. If you need an exchange for a different size or item, you will still receive the sale price, as long as your new item was originally included in the sale.
