We ship either Canada Post or Purolator.
*The free shipping offer does not apply to:
- Oversized/overweight items or orders requiring multiple boxes
- Items that require freight or air delivery, and remote locations*
*In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to notify you of the additional shipping fees. If you don't respond within 72 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Keeping your grass green one recycled box at a time
We believe in being environmentally responsible. We recycle our cardboard boxes, so the outside of the box may not indicate what is inside. We encourage you to recycle or reuse.
Always keep your receipt!
We put our products to the test in our barns and on our horses, so we're confident that you'll be thrilled with your purchase. If the product isn't what you expected, simply ship it back within 30 days. Clearance items & all saddles within 10 days.
Returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging. Regular priced items will be refunded (less shipping charges) to your original method of payment. Reduced/clearance items, are eligible to receive store credit only.
Apparel must have tags attached. Original boxes and packaging must be un-damaged, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap your return items for shipping). Blankets, sheets and similar items can only be returned clean, un-used and with all labels intact.
We strongly suggest to mail the item back to us by Ground Mail with tracking option and value insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it ion the event of a claim with the carrier.
Please call before to discuss your return options. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept "freight collect" returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, daytime telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a copy of the sales invoice or the receipt number of the sales invoice.

Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough. Items to be returned should be properly protected with all the packaging we used to send it to you or appropriate shipping packaging. All shipping boxes and containers have to be properly taped and sealed. The box or shipping container has to have your name and address visible. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit.
The following items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund, due to copyright and/or safety reasons:
- Personalized or custom ordered items
- Supplements and oral remedies
For saddle returns please call us and we will issue and email you a shipping label. Saddles should be padded in areas where they touch the shipping box. Returned saddles will not be fully refunded if marked in any manner please see our Saddle policy.
