DIRECTIONS:
Give orally 1 scoop, once a day. For use in horses only.

CAUTIONS: Not for use in horses that are intended for food; are pregnant, lactating or in foal. Do not use in animals with bleeding disorders, unless directed by a veterinarian. Do not use if security seal is broken.

Gamma oryzanol: is a rice bran oil derivative with two major active molecules, plant sterol (phytosterols) and ferulic acid. Gamma oryzanol naturally occurs in rice bran oil at a level of 1 to 2%. Gamma oryzanol is also found in wheat, maize, rye, triticale, and barley, but at much lower levels. Commercially, Gamma oryzanol is a fraction derived from rice bran oil, it is not a single compound but is composed of at least 10 different compounds with the majority of the compounds being esters of ferulic acid. The three major components of -oryzanol are 24-methylene cycloartanyl ferulate, cycloartenyl ferulate, and campesteryl ferulate. These components have a chemical structure similar to, but not exactly the same, as that of hormones found in the body. The similarity in the chemical structure of gamma oryzanol to naturally occurring hormones may explain some of its effects on the body such as enhancing lean muscle mass formation and increasing muscular strength.
