The GreenGuard Grazing Muzzle Insert is made from soft, pliable material with a curved shape that matched the bottom muzzle surface curvature. This non-toxic insert simply snaps into your GreenGuard Grazing Muzzle. The “diet” insert has 50% smaller holes to further restrict grazing. The muzzle insert helps protect the muzzle from excessive wear and prolongs its life. It offers a softer material for your horse’s grazing surface. This insert is severely restrictive, so please ensure your horse is comfortable grazing in the GreenGuard Grazing Muzzle before using the insert. You will still have to check teeth for signs of wear just as with any grazing muzzle.
